| The admissions for the students of LKG & UKG will be given during all working days from mid April to mid July (after an oral test for UKG) |
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR CLASSES I TO IX |
All students will have to appear for an Achievement test in English, Mathematics (and science for Grade VIII and IX) to qualify for admission. As a matter of policy we do not admit students in Grade X .The test will be held in the school on any convenient day between March and June Every year.
Admission will be confirmed only after assessing the performance of the child in the written test and a personal interview with the respective Head of the Department .On Confirmation of admission you will be required to submit a conduct certificate from the previous school.
The question papers will be based on the general syllabus, not on the current textbooks. Kindly note that the child should be at least 5+ of age for admission in Std I. We do admit children during the middle of the academic year in the same class in which the child is studying in the previous school. |
FOR INTER-STATE CANDIDATES |
It is very important that both parents and authorized guardian of the student should visit the school for signing the documents and also to ascertain the facilities offered by the school. No other person other than own parents and guardians whose names and signature appear in the application from will be allowed to take out the children from the school.
It is also important that the boarder child is prepared mentally to join a boarding school .There is an “Important notice” regarding this, kept together with the other forms in the prospectus for careful perusal of the parent .We would like to ensure that both parents and children are absolutely happy with the school rules and regulations, system of functioning etc.
Our aim is to see that every child is happy once he or she joins the school and we expect the same from the parents also. We will not admit any child unless the father / mother or a responsible person from the family visits the school. Our Academic is from June to Mid April .We have got three terms per year .The first term is from mid June to September and the second term is from September to the end of Dec, 3rd one is Jan to April .We have three vacations Dusshera vacation for 15 days, Sankranthi for 8 days and the third is Summer vacation from mid April to Mid June .For more details on yearly events, please go through the Academic Calendar.
